HARMONIOUS DESIGN
Your smile is one of your most important facial features. Our design will harmonize your smile with your other facial features. Smile design takes into consideration your facial appearance, proportions, skin tone, hair color, teeth, gum tissue, and lips to develop your ideal smile. We begin the design by creating a wireframe reference for your mouth and teeth that is in harmony with the rest of your facial features. Once we have the wireframe placement what will be your future smile we will select the ideal shape, position, texture, and color of your teeth. Once we know what the final appearance will be, we can analyze the steps to get there, selecting the ideal types of restorations and alterations, and selecting the materials needed to achieve the desired appearance.
MAPPING A PATHWAY TO ACHIEVING YOUR PERFECT SMILE
Aesthetic dentistry begins with design. We will take digital images of your face and teeth from several angles to create a platform for the design of your future smile. We design using a digital clone of the patient made up of photos, x-rays, and three-dimensional imagery. We then digitally alter the image to explore with you what will be your perfect smile.
Once you have decided on how you want your smile to look, we will provide you with a treatment plan that will show you the number and types of procedures that you will need to achieve it. We will map out a plan and a timeframe that we can use to achieve your dream smile.
