Porcelain Veneers · Washington, DC
Veneers crafted to look beautiful and natural
Custom ceramic shells that transform color, shape, and alignment with results that look and feel entirely natural. Every veneer is individually designed using advanced technology.
What Are Porcelain Veneers?
Ultra-thin. Custom-made. Permanently beautiful.

Porcelain veneers are wafer-thin shells of dental-grade ceramic, typically less than a millimeter thick, that bond to the front surface of your teeth. They mimic the natural translucency and texture of tooth enamel while correcting discoloration, chips, gaps, and minor misalignment.
Unlike temporary solutions, veneers provide a permanent transformation that can last 10 to 20 years with proper care. Each one is individually crafted to match your desired shade and shape, integrating seamlessly with your natural smile.
See your smile before we begin
Before any preparation begins, Dr. Roshan creates a precise digital blueprint that maps your facial proportions, lip line, and personal preferences, showing you a virtual mockup of your new smile. You preview your new smile and collaborate with Dr. Roshan on every detail, including shade, shape, and proportion, before we touch a single tooth.
What veneers can correct
- Discolored, dark, or stained teeth that don’t respond to whitening
- Chipped, cracked, or broken teeth
- Uneven or irregularly shaped teeth
- Minor gaps between teeth
- Slightly crooked or misaligned teeth
- Teeth that appear too small or short

The veneers process, step by step
Consultation and smile analysis
We conduct a thorough exam and discuss your aesthetic goals. Digital photography and impressions document your current smile and inform the design process.
Custom design and digital mockup
Using DSD, Dr. Roshan creates a detailed treatment plan showing exactly how your veneers will transform your smile, including shade, shape, and size for each veneer.
Conservative tooth preparation
A minimal amount of enamel is carefully removed so your veneers fit naturally without appearing bulky. This preserves as much natural tooth structure as possible.
Temporary veneers
While your permanent veneers are crafted in our laboratory, temporaries protect your prepared teeth and give you a preview of your final result.
Final placement and adjustment
Your custom veneers are bonded with specialized dental adhesive. Dr. Roshan makes final adjustments to ensure perfect fit, comfort, and appearance.
Caring for your veneers
Maintaining veneers is straightforward. Brush twice daily with non-abrasive toothpaste, floss daily, and avoid using your teeth as tools. If you grind your teeth, we recommend a custom night guard. Our specialized advanced cleaning service is designed specifically for veneer patients.
Schedule a Consultation
Dr. Roshan will evaluate your smile, discuss your goals, and show you what’s possible with Digital Smile Design before any treatment begins.

The Benefits
Reasons patients choose porcelain veneers
Natural Appearance
Light behaves like real enamel
High-quality porcelain mimics the translucency of natural tooth enamel, reflecting light exactly as your original teeth do. The result is seamless and authentic.
Stain Resistance
Stays bright over time
Unlike natural teeth, porcelain veneers resist staining from coffee, wine, and other everyday foods, maintaining their appearance for years.
Durability
10 to 20 years with proper care
Porcelain veneers are a long-term investment. With regular professional cleanings and good oral hygiene, they can last two decades.
Conservative Treatment
Minimal tooth preparation
Veneers require far less tooth reduction than crowns, preserving more of your natural tooth structure while delivering dramatic results.
